D series sleeves-NEW QUESTION- Dohc Zc Project PICS

Were can i get them asap? I´ve searched but no one has them in stock and i need them urgently. What would you guys recomend to a d16a9 (dohc zc) for a high boost setup concerning sleeves (15-20 psi´s) ? I have cp pistons (8.25 cr) and eagle rods already so i guess im just missing the sleeves, arp´s and a metal hg since the stock one hold 11 psi´s of boost for 100 miles or so and blowed up :-\

Edit: Scroll down a bit for pics

QUESTION: All 1.6 D series share the same type of sleeves? Here´s the email raceeng sent me a few moments ago:

Nobody here, or at Darton knows if the M.I.D. kit will fit that D16A9 Jap
spec motor.. They work on all the U.S. spec D16 motors, but the Jap stuff
tends to change a lot. I really don't know if they are the same or not..

I´m fucked... :S :1

Golden Eagle,Jg,Aebs

your not gonna get it done in a week more like a month and a half. All companies that have a name in the import world are backed up way more than a one day turn around

Lots of machine shops do "Generic" leeve. My buddy worked at a motor build shop for years. He close decked one of his buddy's GSR block a long time ago and It has held out great. They oftem get raw Ductile material they use. Alot of machining involve with TIGHT tolerances, but it cost less then darton.

Benson Sleeves, they use to be like 950 shipped with a 2 week turnaround.

Or, you could go with Golden Eagle, the only semi-open deck sleeve w/ support.

(sleeved ZC above)
