D**** leaking oil pan

o.k. Ever since I did my DOHC ZC swap my oil pan has been leaking. I've replace the gasket several times and it only stops it for about 5 day and it starts leaking again and it only leaks from the sides of the pan. I know it's not the crank seal and I replaced the rear main seal when I put in my Si tranny last month and if it was the rear main seal ( i.e. if I messed it up some how in installing it ) why would the leaks stop for 5 days sometimes more and then just come back. I tried putting sealant but it still leaks. I tried torqueing the bolts down to factory spec. to make sure I wasn't over tightening them. Still leaks. This stupid pan is the only thing holding me back from putting my turbo kit on. All other ZC owners I talk to haven't heard or have this probolem so far I'm the only one ( lucky me ). I bought a brand new honda oil pan cause alot of times when motors are shipped the oil pans get bent and it still leaks. Also everytime I replace the rubber gasket I have trouble keeping it in place. I really can't try just using creat-a-gasket cause honda pans have those rivets in them. I'm open to any ideas to help me stop this leak. Any suggestion ? maybe JB weld or something. I know this is a forced induction forum and site but everyone I've talked to has no ideas and like I said this is keeping me from boost my motor. Thanks for any help guys. -Jason-

make sure both surfaces are clean.. apply thin silcone to the oil pan, then put the gasket on.. then re-install.
