CYL HEAD PORT AND POLISH??!?!?!
 
Has anyone here done a port and polish on a Honda D series Cyl head? how much do you normally take off around the ports? 2mm? 3mm? We have use of a CNC machine just need to know whats recommended before we program it

jeff?? How much did u take off round the ports you did on the race ZC? that looks well nice by the way, most of our UK spec CRX's are ZC's (or D16A9)

how much did I take off.. I dont know, whatever I felt like, ---- that was like 2 years ago, heh.

Just stop cutting until you hit a cooling jacket ;)
