Custom Gauge Pod pics

I was looking in to getting gauge pods for a while now, I personally hate the A-pillar ones because they are out of the way of your other gauges

So I made these for the 2 most important gauges (Boost and A/F) to sit on the steering column.

Actually I dont have my air/fuel gauge yet so I used a oil pressure gauge to show what it looks like when its all done.

Here is the one I am in the process of making, this one will sit under the dash and will hold the oil pressure gauge and whatever else I'll find usefull, maybe EGT or something.

Notice how they are staggered, while sitting under the CD deck these will point slightly towards the driver.

you homo, you should have been here long enough to know that if you're going to run an air/fuel ratio gauge you should just kill yourself.

Looks good, where did you buy that holder? Did you make it? If so, how? I was going to put my boost gauge there, but one problem was the kinking of the line if set TOO far back towards the bezel. Can you see the other gauges in the cluster fine? It's hard to tell.

Alright alright, I'll let you in on a little secret, these are 2" ABS couplers that were sanded down to get rid of the lettering then JB welded together then painted a flat black, watch out though because it all depends on what manufacture you get them from, some arent as deep and some are way bigger inside and the gauge will fall all the way though.

No idea, take your gauge to a few different hardware stores and pick the one that works best.

Ha, w0rd. Thanks alot. My Dad says it's not the name brands, but rather the schedule, gauge, ID, and other crap. He's a pipefitter so he knows all that stuff. Thanks alot I'll go check that out. :y

Can you still read the speedo and tach fine though? And the lines aren't pinched off?
