Well since you guys keep mentioning going with another option, id like some opinoins.Im assuming there is alot more aftermarket options for hondas, but this will be going on a probe gt with a v6.I wouldnt mind changing companies after this is all settled, but what should i look for? I called the tech line and they are going to replace it for free but i have to pay shipping.Ill just throw it up for sale right away and start with something more durable.

Sounds to me like THEY fucked up. A lightened flywheel should be DESIGNED to take some heat, taking into consideration the thermal expansion of both the aluminum and the steel, so the starter ring doesn't slip.
That's probably a design flaw. I would call them out on it.
Stay away from multiple piece flywheels.
