It has front end damage, the radiator support is bent to hell, bumper is misaligned and fenders are going crazy. Also it's missing a radiator support :P. About the only thing that's keeping me from going to see this car is the fact it doesn't have any A/C. It gets super duper hot in the summer. 
Ran a carfax and the car is originally from pensylvannia, explains the rust

No way for 2k. I got mine for $2500 with a B16 and no rust. Provided it had some front end problems as well and no interior...the B16 makes up for it.

Do 90 crx's come with rear discs?

Cars are so expensive in the US, ----!!!...I mean in some states you guys pay up to 2.5K for an EF civic, hell for 3K you can get a clean EG here or maybe even an EK for around 4K if youre lucky...no wonder ya'll arent allowed to buy cars from canada and bring them over there, your government owns you.

Damn, CRX's like that one from the forum sell here for $500-800. Same thing for the one of ebay. The highest would probably be around $1500. Now if it is mint with a swap, you can start going up.
My bro-in-law got his for $500, HF, but who cares, it is lighter. Swaps go in and out in a matter of hours.
I would like to get one, but clean inside and out. Engine could be blown, but the body has to be mint.

ok that car is no where near worth $2k.
1. Front end is damaged and the fix was half asses (hood/bumper colour does not match, and the corner lights are 88/89)
2. Rear fender has start of rust, but higher up is off white = bondo.
3. pass door has what looks like BAD rust near the back under the trim.
4. Couldnt get a pic of the drivers side, ya. ok.
5. rust by hood hinges.
6. ripped drivers seat
7. gay exhaust
maybe 1300 at most if it runs/drives well.
