CRX heater controls

can anyone tell me if this is the correct heater control for an 89 crx? my car did not come with much of a dash and I would like the option of blowing heat once I get it running again

Thanks.

Re:CRX heater controls

that looks the same as the one in my 88 hatch. You'll need some cables too. my temp knob was locked up and wouldn't move, you should make sure that one works before you buy it.

Re:CRX heater controls

that is for a civic hatch. a crx control is a little different, it is more digital.

anyone have a pic of what a crx heater control looks like, preferrably 89 model (in case there were changes)?
thanks

btw would this one work or does it have to be the "more digital" one?

I was afraid of that. I found one of those on ebay but it is much higher.

I am going to need one in about a month, if possible. I would like to spend less than $40, also if possible.

jeez, i wish i could of found one that wasnt broken for that cheap. The problem with the ac controls are that they always seem to crack down the middle. Its a weak point, there fragile, and when the dash flex's, SNAP. A buddy of mine bought a nice new one, braced it and buffed it up, and it still cracked. Thats why good ones are so expensive, i remember seeing them over 200 bucks back in teh day. They seem to be a bit cheaper now.
