seriously, thats how you do it. get some projectors/bulbs/and ballasts from a BMW/aud/benz/porche/whatever, cut holes in your stock housings and JB-weld them in. it took me about 8 hours and had I bought any of the stuff it would be about $150 for a set of projectors w/ bulbs and about $150-200 for a set of ballasts. wire them up like stock headlights and you're good. I probably should have done a write up, oh well. check out HT there are a few write ups in the eg+ forum

don't just shove HID bulbs into the stock housings, it'll look like complete ass and your beam patterns will be all fucked up. Make sure you get the projector unit and retrofit it into your current housings
