crx electrical

When I first got my crx in 99, I fried my left turn signal blinker when I was messing around trying to do that fast blinker ----. I accidentally touched two wires that I shouldn't have. Since then, it never worked. Anyways, it isn't the bulb, and I have checked all of my fuses. Basically my question is... what else I could check? Did I fry something else? Its not really important that I fix it... I have let it go this long, but it would be nice. However, reading the posts for a while, I noticed a lot of people here have crx's, and you guys know your ----. I was wondering if anyone else fucked their blinker up and if so does anyone know how to fix it without going to the honda dealership and getting raped?
BTW - 90 crx dx

Are the blinkers and relays behind the dash? I cant find them anywhere ???. Checked engine bay, checked under the dash where the fusebox is, and I still can't find them. I went to autozone before, and the dude there said that they should be by the fusebox, but I can't find them. Does anyone with a crx know where they are at? I would love to replace them. Thanks for your help guys. ;D

---- man, its not going to have a big ass arrow saying flasher relay here.. lol.. what, you dont have a helms? go get one.. worth the money. Anyways.. the flasher relay is on top of the fuse box to the left. just looks like a big black or gray plug that goes into the fuse box.

well, i just changed the flasher relay today, and my front left blinker still doesn't blink. It's not the bulb, Ive replaced it like three times before, and I put in a new one today just to be sure. Does anybody know where the blinkers are? I have this gay ass Haynes manual that doesn't tell me ----. Im gonna buy a Helms someday...but their freakin expensive.

Ok.. I had a similar problem with my rex. A bulb in the corner lens wouldnt work and the bulb was fine and it was get +12v. The problem was the ground wire got disconnected in the wiring harness somewhere. So try this. Get a volt meter and attach it to the sock (with bulb out) and turn the head lights on. If you get a reading then it's the ground. Just splice off the ground wire that goes into the bulb socket and attach it to a screw that has a ground running to it. Thats what I did and it worked.
