LOL. Same here Pat. I owe everything I know about cars to Honda-Tech.com and Homemadeturbo.com, and what I know about working out, etc. to bodybuilding.com

What a great site, you learn so much valuable stuff on there, tried and true, what a forum should be about.

These are the only three websites I visit.

Re: creatine

I haven't read up much on it, but my roomie just started taking "green bulge" which is from what he said the creatine replacement, so I don't think many people use creatine monohydrate anymore. He is stacking it with "white blood". I haven't looked into green bulge or white blood very much myself though. I think he pretty much just wasted his money because he eats like ---- and doesn't get enough sleep, so I don't see the point of him taking suppliments. For a beginner just focus on your diet, whey protein, a multi-vitamin, and working out hard. Most suppliments will work better if your on a good diet for a while anyways. I also feel if your not on a proper diet or getting enough sleep working out is a waste of time.

Re: creatine

creatine does make you retain water, but It also helps with a little energy at the end of a set. Your diet is the most importanat thing. Eat a ton of protein, and enough good, slow digesting carbs. Most people can't eat enough protein in regular food so drink a whey protein shake 2 time s a day. Take a multi vitamin. Once you've been working out for a while look into some supps to help where you need it.

Re: creatine

Nice. I have heard Green Bulge, and White Blood was a nice stack.

I just finished taking Green Bulge actually. Its a 30 day cycle. I got some pretty nice mass gains, but it didn't really give me much strength.

Remember people, Diet accounts for 80%, VERY IMportant.

Speaking of which, I need to clean mine up hard, O0

I take purple-k... i like it..

more creatine in the body = more atp = more anaerobic energy...increased my strength significantly which allows for higher weight which means better hypertrophy which means bigger muscles......

but i consume like 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily... thats important
