Taking a trip up to NYC coming up in Oct. Anyone know of any cool ass nightclubs or ---- to do?

Some people I know went clubbing while in NYC. The first club had a $20 cover, they pass and try another one w/o a cover but they weren't "hawt" enough to get in, they then go back to the other club. Pay the $20 cover charge then find out drinks are $30. ::)I'm perfectly content living in the mid west.

the only time i really go to nyc is to see stand-up comedians at Caroline's. Eat dinner there before the show and you get great seats.
