Its just a green LCD screen. In the pic it's saying ERROR O2 HEATER OPEN. I'll try to snap a better pic tomorrow when it's lighter out

that's over the heater vents right? where did u find a peice that would fit over it (seemingly perfect). or did you make it.. i'll buy it for $2 shipped
