Me and the wife are proud owners of a used big ass HD TV. Got it off craigslist for $500!

46" HD rear-projection Hitachi. Cant wait to get some HDTV workin up in this mofro. We saw it running in HD at the PO's house. Looked totally badass

HDTV isn't really a proper standard yet, only 1080i is really worth having. But still, its always nice having widescreen boob's.

Dunno much about the tv thing, but it will do the 1080i thing as well as 720 and 480

lmao, thats the same tv I have. Same stand and everything. 1560 out the door at sears 2 years ago. so you got a decent deal.

I want to get one but i've been told HD-DVD is gonna be like beta-max b/c of blu-ray. Imma do some research. I can get an HDDVD for like $100 but blu-ray is like $700

we got HDDVD @ work....it says it gives 1080p....but when its pluged into a tv...it only does 1080i....
the blueray does 1080P
