Is it not throwing codes or anythying? Does it idle fine? Have u checked your fuel filter? Whats happening whit it hits 20%? Get us video. My family has had probably 15 corollas and the only time they did this was when they had a bunk fuel filter.

You could also start testing ---- rather than throwing parts at it. Cheaper anyways.

Didn't check fuel filter yet. Unplugged the engine temp sensor and it ran the same. No codes at all. Going to get a fuel filter now. here's a vid of it running:

That is weird, if it was fuel related it would drive liek ---- no matter what temp. That is ------- weird, makes no sesne it sounds like your hitting a rev limiter. Maybe it something to do with the iac or some sort of idle up/coldstart problem. Let me ask around
