I think I have an addiction to this show, whenever it's on I never change the channel, and that happens with almost no other shows I watch. It's also the first reality show before they got horrible ;)

I like it too even though I allways miss it. I still havent got used to the whole "8/7 central' thing . I cought the end of the second one today. Some guy puy a syringe in his ------- to hide it :S

Since it first aired in the 80's, COPS has been one of my favorite shows. I always DVR the 2 saturday episodes, even if they're repeats.

I can recall at least 2 times that they did get away; both for high speeds in a residential area that got the chase called off. Seems to be a random occurrence or depends on the jurisdiction if this happens.

in VA if a chase goes into a residential area the chopper follows but not the cars. a bit better of a chance of getting away but still slim

I wish they'd have some new shows instead of some old ass ----. Jesus I'm surprised the episodes are in color those fuckers are so ancient. I think they had a movie preview in one show for Steamboat Willy. :X ---- is still funny though.

very true, if people got away the greater population would either:

A:lose faith in our law enforcement system
B:panic cuz a bunch of felons are on the loose, or, most likely,
C:a combo of both

Makes for good entertainment, always love when they catch the guy running in a stolen honda or acura, then hate when i realize they will be out the following day.

i'm with you jon, this show is addicting. they were filming where i live about 3 to 4 months ago.

anyone see that one where the dude spins out on Interstate 10, jumps over the edge of a bridge, and the cop follows? he doesn't even look, just ------- leaps over it, and its like a 20 foot drop, it knocks the cop out cold. the suspect hops the fence and runs. its hilarious.

some of my favorite ones are where they use the tazer. that ---- is bad ass.

Cops is a ------- great show. 100% American stereotyping at its best. White people strung out on meth, O0 selling crack, :8 pulling out knives, all kinds of cool ----. I try to watch it whenever it is on and I'm home.

theres usually 3 or 4 episodes back to back every night on court tv starting at 11:00, I fall asleep watching it every night. I saw one episode where they let a mini-van get away durring a high speed chase because they were by a school zone, lol.

The first 48 is the ----! Cops is cool to sometimes you can see the cops wanting to ---- the people up then relize they are on t.v. Cops are mostly all assholes i think.

I watched all the dvds of that during a retarded 1 month dxm binge a year or two ago. All I remember was the one with the ferret running around in the walls, on the bigscreen, in surround sound. At the 3rd plateau where you're completely dissociated from yourself you feel like you're really there and it's pretty crazy, i thought the ferret was in the room.

Didn't know there was a movie.
