It is against the law anywhere for a cop to give you a traffic ticket after u are already outside ur vechile, thats why the dipshit ************ told u to get back in ur car. U should have let him kick her ***, them sued the ---- out of them and ud be ballin right now

hmmm i'm thinkin of what i should do. write not guilty on the tickets and send them in then next month go 2 court and basically tell them i think its strait up bullshit plain and simple. and the cop wont be there by next month then they will let me go. judge is pretty chill there so i'll explain that i was out of my car going into the store and he flipped his lights and told me to get back into the car. i forgot to say that the cop even wrote that i got pulled over on the street and we were deffinetly not on the street. if the cop isnt there wich is a good chance then i'm sure the'll drop it.

As the thread got longer people started to think that you were walking into the store and got pulled over, without ever driving.
If you are going to fight the fact that he didnt light you up the second you pulled into the gas station good luck. if youre gonna fight what you actually got tickets for youre gonna lose.
Its illegal to make someone get back in their car? Why... Its not in Florida where i live. I dont understand how it could be anywhere else, given the above situation. Where are not talking about you walking down your driveway and getting a ticket for no seatbelt.
Both tickets are non-moving infractions (no points). Pay your money for what you did wrong and call it a day...

if the cop dont show up i'm argueing the tickets and if he does i'm still gonna argue it. they can suck my dick i'm tired of these bullshit tickets. driving with no lights on, if the cop isnt there i'm gonna be like who drives at 10:00 at night without there lights and i wont even say the whole stop and shop ----. i'm atleast gonna get 1 of them dropped cause i aint paying for both. i know its no points i dont even care about that i dont feel like giving them ******** 250 bucks when i could use it for my car ya know what i mean.

In Illinois I think if you get out of your car before the cop puts his lights on to stop you for whatever you did, they can't get you for it. Just last night I got pulled over from tearing *** across an intersection (VTEC screaming, no less) and I *might* have hit 40mph (speed limit was 35), no spinning tires, nothing of that sort. Cop was facing the wrong way, did a U-Turn in somewhat heavy traffic to come and...give me a ticket for no insurance?
Apparently the proof I had in my car was outdated...now I have to bring proof that I had insurance and I still do in order to get the ticket dismissed...which won't be a problem because I did have coverage and still do.
Fight that ticket though, he shouldn't be able to get you for that.

seriously i would take that ---- to court...cuz im pretty sure u have to be IN the car when they pull u over...but then again u didnt have ur headlights on...just take it to court and see wut happens...i would if i were u, goodluck with that
