They show this video in the police academy now, on how NOT to conduct a traffic stop. And yes, to pop the ----------er before he has the chance to point that rifle in your direction.
It's so sad...you can hear the poor ****** gargle out of his open chest wound... couldn't even call in he was shot.
Bled out with the radio in his hand.
He did hit the bastard. But back then they didn't use the hollow points they do now.

i think he was, he just got shot with a ------ rifle multiple times, this sucks, i feel bad.
