Guess he didn't notice he hit a fire hydrant so he decided to wipe out 19 cars instead. WTF is up with the guy? is he mentally instable? Did they catch him?

That guy is fucked. He totalled just about every car he hit. What a ------- moron. I hope the dog was ok. 
Let this be a lesson.....don't go on a drunken rampage with your dog in the car if you only have one arm.
