Actually, I'm expecting about 12-15 people currently, not counting girlfriends:

1) Me - 89 HF w/ LS turbo
2) My kid - she rides with me
3)Todd - 94 GSR turbo
4) Atlee - 91 Civic Si w/ D16Z6 turbo
5) Crazy Dave - 87 Merkur XR4ti AND a turbo ----------ing Justy 4WD
6) Jeff (maybe) - 91 Galant VR4 w/ 20G and fat frontmount
7) Wes - 89 HF with LS turbo (copycat)

... that's just the local crew...

Rob aka GSRswapandslow - looks like he's bought a 98 Civic w/ ITR
9) Joe aka Squanto aka illdesignzls - 95 Civic w/ LS
10) Steven - 88 HF w/ mysterious turbo goodness and 11 second trap speeds
11) Matt (maybe) - 91 CRX Si w/ turbo ZC

Buncha misc people as of yet unconfirmed, and I still haven't posted the invite to pgmfi (I'm a tard and slacker).

There's a mechanical bull you can ride set up at the Asheville Mall, which is less than a mile from my house... $5 a ride, I plan on rolling everyone over there with a video camera and recording the mayhem. :>

Yeah, "funny" doesn't even begin to describe Rob.

If Rob toes the line and lifts a finger to wrench on his ----, and pays minimal hook-up prices, Brad will back him and build a 250 whp NA 1.8 liter daily driver, should be good for mid 12's without stripping anything on the car. Brad/RLZ Engineering is some pretty hardcore ----.

However, Rob will ---- all that up because he's lazy.

yes...ive only spoken with him over AIM...but pretty much it sounds like hes getting nearly free labor and all the parts at cost b/c its an RLZ project....i still dont get how you can buy a car w/ a b18c5 engine...and just be like "whatever...ill sell it for $1500"...

if you kiss up enough to shops enough you get ---- for free.... :P he did help me out w/ a lot of questions regarding turbo setups and such so hes a good guy for being patient with me...

I'm really tempted to hijack my own thread and tell you what a great place RLZ is. I'd rather talk a bunch of you guys into coming to my house for cheapass hotdogs... but... you can roll to Concord, NC, Monday morning and check out RLZ, it's about an hour and a half away from me.

I hate the aftermarket. I'm a big fan of killing your idols, learning more than the people that originally inspired you, and becoming your own dream. I still can't help but admire RLZ.
