Confusing Ebay Auctions...whats up with the shipping rates?

I'll use this ad as an example:

Note: This is not the intercooler I want to buy. On the top of the auction it says shipping to canada is $125(discount available), but if you scroll down it says shipping to canada is $24.00 usd

I dont get it, what shipping quote do I go by, I tried to get in touch with the seller already and no answer so far, I just dont want to big on something and then find out I have to pay 125 bux to get it shipped to me.

Assume it's the larger shipping cost,

but if the seller can't respond to a simple question like that then they aren't worth buying from.

If you want I can get you a 21x9x3 intercooler, polished, bar and plate, awesome quality for $220 or so. lmk, It would be coming from Calgary. Where are you?
