Default Computer Guys, Help ASAP

I have a virus/trojan/whatever that keeps tryign to get me to use Security Toolbar 7.1 and comes up with fake "you have xxxxx virus/whatever" messages in my toolbar. Please help with something that will 100% get rid of this ----. A cracked version of RegCure would help, but torrents and I don't get along. I'll send a package out to whomever helps get this ---- off of my goddamn computer

Okay nogs.. Problem.

When I reboot and put the bitch in safe mode, it just brings up a screen of drivers. Also, when I use that antivir scanner, it scans like 80 files and thats it. WTF man
