okay okay, all you computer dorks needed... i got a windows xp home edition cd on my main computer, it came with the cd key n all. but i tried putting it on my other computer but after like 30 days it locks up saying register the cd key... i can't register it cuz its already registered to MY computer... any way to get around this? plz plz plz

you can use any file sharing software and type in Windows XP key.

I have the same copy of windows xp home on three computers at home. Just installed and activated them. You just have to wait awhile between installs. Are you activating the copy or just registering it? You have to be online to activate it or just call microsoft and tell them you got a virus and you are reinstalling.
