Default Come eat in Costa Mesa!

So I just started this new positiona couple months ago in the company i work for as the chef of this quick stop cafe. I've been telling all my friends to come and take advantage since i control all the food and beverage, but they're not reaping the benefits. and i do this not only to hook up my buddies, but because i bust my *** to put this food out (i'm pretty much the only cook) and i only sell about 75-80 percent of it. Its in the middle of a corporate area, making my target demographic/clientelle "Mr. Business guy/officespace cubical guy." hence the low volume. anyways, i'm inviting my so cal HMT ninjas to come eat at my company's expense because they just sold the building and i'll only have this job for a couple months more (------- rich white people, i hate seeing the new owners walking around putting the little guy out of a job). now it has to be a logical hook up, you can just buy a bag of chips and i'll hook u up with a panini or entree. or just buy a side salad or soup and i'll either hook u up with an entree or panini or pizza whatevers. however, if you bring a smoking hot chick by to amuse my day of labor, i'll comp the whole meal. i have two hot specials everyday that range from beef short ribs, sesame soy salmon, chicken curry, lasagna, 1 pasta every day, skirt steak, braised pork belly, korean bbq, rotisserie chicken......pretty much whatever the ---- i feel like making. so pm me if you wanna grub on some turbo food.

Since you're the resident HMT chef I think we need a good recipe for some OC or sesame chicken how do they make that sauce that tastes like heaven.
