you dont get the cold symptoms the same day you got it. u got it a week ago u start showing signs. best way is to get lots of rest(drink cold medicine if you have to, nyquil/dayquil/airborne) and fluids (no, sperm does not count). ;D

eat good lots of water, multi vitamins, also get vitamin c and zinc. one of each twice a day will REALLY help your immune system
