Is this clutch any good?!?

OK, so heres the deal. My brother bought some parts for his 89 Civic Si turbo project, and when he did, the guy threw in a ACT 6 puck clutch and pressure plate. The guy said it had only been used for 2 months on a CRX. I was just wondering if anyone knows if it would be worth throwing the clutch in the car. I'm kind of hesitent on taking the time to put in a used part, but I don't know, let me know what you think. I don't even know if this is an ACT 6 puck unit!?!
So here are some pictures of the unit:

I'd get all that rust off the PP and run it.

Do you have any pics of the top of the pressure plate? Did he say it was just an act disk or complete kit? ACT engraves A-C-T on the casting rivets on the pressure plate. To be honest, by the looks of the disk, and ive seen plenty, that thing looks like it has plenty of life. Id toss it in and put the pucks to work.

The rust looks superficial, i won't even worry about it... just check the pressure plate to make sure its not "grooved" too excessively and possibly affecting engagement.

Heres a pic of the other side of the pressure plate:

I appreciate everyones input on this, I think my brothers going to give it a try, which brings me to my next question, is there anyone who can swap clutches for him. Not sure what you'd be looking to get in return, but beer and food are always on the top of the list. ;D

looks like a stock pressure plate, definately not an ACT. If you were in So Cal , id love to give you a hand, maybe some of the NW guys will volunteer a hand.
Good luck
