climate control relocation?
 

is there a way I could relocat my climate control? i want to put my V-afc in place of it but i'd like to be able to use my heater in the winter time. any suggestions?

I've actually been considering doing this myself. The only thing I could come up with is ghetto as hell but could be pulled off. I was going to leave the temp knob/dial in the factory location and make a trim plate to go where the rest was to hold the V-AFC. Then you can extend all the wiring to a new location possibly a center console? or glove box. It's an idea but it might look gay as hell after its all said and done and may not work at all. I never tried it.

'96 civic EX climate control, even if it were that I had my heater always on setting #2 and i could only push an on/off button, i just don't know how the climate controller works.

I thought on the JDM civics they have a lower part of the dash that covers the shifter has a spot for a stereo and i bet you could stick your stereo in there and then use the stereo part for gauges.
