if you paid by credit card, call credit card and ask them to reverse the charges due to 'fraud'

If you did a checking payment, call you bank and tell them the same story. Tell them it was 'fraud'.

Hopefully that'll work, I've never had a claim with paypal, but i don't trust them to do it on their own.

it's worth a shot. Call the credit card and tell them that he was a fraudulant seller or something and it seems like he had no intention of sending the goods, due to no communication for x amount of days. They should be able to reverse the charges. I've had real fraud on my checking/savings/and credit cards before, and the banks took care of me.

call your credit card company. They can stop payment if it hasn't been more than 30 days. I now always pay with a credit card through paypal becuause its alot easier to get your money back

if you already did a complaint through paypal, let that it go through. If fucken paypal gives you some lame *** excuse, file a small court claims with that bitch and make sure you charge for punitive damage meaning time, hardship, etc. involved in the matter. Yup, been through... not a pretty sight and dont expect it to move very fast.

I closed my Paypal acount yesterday and I am in the process of closing my Ebay account. I want nothing to do with those **** suckers. I'm so sick of the shitty customer service. They just want there little bitches to spend money by the truck loads and not have to help them out when they have problems with their bullshit services. Paypal charges way too much for their services anyways. They need to be brought back down to earth so they can find the time to properly tend to their customers. ---- Paypal. www.paypalsucks.com

BTW, it takes 6 months to close an Ebay account. It took me about 5 seconds to close my Paypal account, but it takes 6 months to close my Ebay account. That makes no ------- sense whatsoever. I'm going to make them close my account. After work today I'm going to use "Buy it now" on every SSauto auction listed and leave him negative feedfack on all of them.
