No. I bought my minty fresh Si for $400. It was minus a motor, trans, exhaust, carpet, but no rust and only a few dings.

I could do better, you can definitely do better than that.

Has really low miles but that doesn't matter for a Honda, if you could get him to 1300 maybe.
