I'm out of the Navy after 6 years and never thought unemployed life could be so nice.
And here are some pics to make this thread worth while.

I wished everyday to get out. I hated the people I worked for because they wanted get higher ranks by stepping on the people below them.

i admit when ever i was unemployed it was sweet lol, eventually unless you have a income still somehow it can get boring if you dont have money to spend on a hobby or project.

I'm going to be looking for a job, but I don't want to start until January.

you should have used the NACAP to get you a job before got out, its called AACAP in the army Army Alumni Career Program. so I asumed it would be nacap for navy. if you got out Honorably they would have helped you to find a job. they are a part of your stansition (transition center)
don't be dumb, use your veteran resources.

I don't need the navy to get me a job. I am using other resources. Plus I was a nuke ET so I won't have a problem finding a job when I want one.

i had a neighbor who did some work on some nuke ----...i've always wondered why he is bald and no facial hair at all not even eyebrows. one day i talked to him about his job and he said he only works a like a week a month but in that week all his hair all over his body just falls off.
