civic with 2 clutch switches?

maybe thats why my cruis control doesnt work. im gonna see what i can do about making that work. i would love to have my cruise control. it never has worked as long as i have had the car

Thats because they are usually (thankfully) stuck closed. I did an auto to manual swap and wanted it perfect so I went to all the trouble to hook up the nuetral safety start clutch switch instead of bypassing it.... only to have it stuck closed anyways.
No, i think its actually because all ef's you have driven are 88 or 89. In 1990 they implemented a clutch switch on the efs as well.

there`s actually a little more then a nut and a bolt. it has a few misc. washer and stuff...
compare / messured someone elses civic for the correct part, if the bolts too long it will ---- up the switch

I had an 88 HB, had to have the clutch in to start it and as a matter of fact, EVERY 88-91 civic that I have been in has needed the clutch to be depressed in order to start it. I have never even encountered one with a "stuck switch"
