Damn, this state (MA.) is really starting to suck. First we legalize gay marriages, and now the police have the right to seize your vehichle just on suspision of street racing. http://www.wwlp.com/news2004/story.html?artID=47142
Not that I live in Sprngfield or streetrace, and I know that the cars shown are pices of crap, but still... It doesn't seem right.

in new york they were doing that for drunk drivers.....but they stopped because it was illegal, they can't take your car!! if you have enough money for a lawyer you can sue the state or town or whatever and you'll probably win.....i heard this from a guy that specializes in this ---- so yea....and thats why NY isn't doing this anymore because they had a lot of cases like this
