Use some high temp silicone spray. It's made by DEI to spray on header wrap and ----, but I used it on my stevemode manifold after i rewelded it and it's still holding up. Until i put my car in a ditch, anyway

very nice. wouldnt powercoating hold up to that? I painted a header flat black with that high-temp wal-mart paint. i just cleaned it really good with paint thinner first. i like that mani. nice. homemade makes it 10X better.
