yea but home depot doesnt have 2.5 couplers. I was there yesterday

the 2 inch are are like 2.5 ID because there labeled for 2 inch PVC pipe. There ment to fit over PVC. PVC is very thick I.E. use a tape measure from the store the inside diameter is like 2.5.

Silicone hose is used in many industrial applications and all hydrualics/hose shops carry it.I have always bought mine [Greenline brand] there and pay $20 for enough to make 6 2.5" and then just get your 90's etc from a turbo shop type place.You can get really nice oil lines made for cheap as well along with any other automotive plumbing supplies as well as the fact you get really nice industrial grade silicone.I bought a small bag of BPST to NPT adapters as well.The yellow pages are your friend when doing custom automotive work.

I think they sell 12'6" sectoins of 2.5" for 17 or some odd dollars
wow... 12foot sections... lol. Would be worth a shot if I didn't already have all I needed.
