I dont know wtf that is, but if it really is a chainsaw, the top part of the blade goes forward in the blue direction. I hope it has more than one tooth on it :8

Here. The chain is on the saw like this and it rotates as shown in blue. Is this right?

edit: i would think the hooked part of the blade should be facing the direction of rotation. i think its on backwards

right direction but i think you got the chain backwards, i think the "claws" need to be able to cut not slide over them like in the pic
