i think i am semi-lactose intolerant if i drink milk when i first wake up and have nothing on my stomach i take a fatty dump in like 10 minutes. any other part of the day and i am fine. and its not because of my normal daily ----, i usually get rid of yesterdays food around 10am

I know what you guys mean....I sometimes bloat like roadkill after drinking milk, but there are times when I just crave it and don't care.
