the ref program was dropped before this happened. i know 3 people that got ref tickets, i know 15 that got pulled over. the cops were doing this a few years ago (5-6) and people stopped going there. street racing accidents and deaths went up when that was going on.

Guess everyone who had pending ref tickets get an early xmas present

San Diego has always had nazi police. The cops out in the desert communities have always been pretty fair. The tickets I got I damn well deserved

yeah i'm not the kind of guy that complains when i get a ticket for my exhaust, mine was crazy loud before my turbo.
i know one guy that had smoked headlights and he got a ticket for it.
