Well I just heard it on the radio when I hear it again I will post all the details.

Basically what I heard was this Saturday and Sunday for $29.95 all the parts you can take or maybe it was all the parts you can put in a wheel barrel, but I will update this when I hear the ad again.

that's a good deal. In MN we have the $50 sale, everything you can carry for 10 ft for $50. The burly guys pick up a 350, and a bunch of little stuff tied to them, and then hobble to victory...

LOL...thats going to be pure madness. +1 on the OBD1 ECUs, easy $100 each right there...grab up some OBD1 dizzys too, and slap them bishes on Ebay, quick $60-70 a piece.

I have a friend that took a b18 between two people, they allowed them to carry it between them 2 and got the engine for $60 or something like that, a few years back. I'm going to have to go to this junkyard, I've hear good things about it.

I go there all the time. Im working this weekend though so wont make it. Dont get your hopes up on finding a Type-R motor or anything. They dont have THAT many new cars but you can find some good ---- there.

Re: Central Florida: Pull-a-thon, salvage yard sale.

I'm going to be there. I'm trying to get my brother-in-law to come with me for help, and I might get a battery hacksaw to speed up the process.

Anyone else going for sure

They have that here locally like jung4g said.

The u-pulls around here are garbage though most of the time. They never get any new cars, and when they do, the jobless fucks take everything.

davcivic 05-12-2005 09:14 PM

Re: Central Florida: Pull-a-thon, salvage yard sale.

I wonder if they'll let us do that again, like my friend did before, carry it between two, for $60 you get an engine.

Either way, there's tons of things I can think I need for my hatch and finaly give it some love O0

Re: Central Florida: Pull-a-thon, salvage yard sale.

The pick and pulls around here are so cheap theres no need for that. 2 Civic SI seats and a perfect black CRX hood for $70. I pick up like 8 sets of injector plugs and resistor boxes to make MPFI conversions and they charge me $5 for "that jumble of wires and boxes."

All the yards in my area are a-holes.
