You dont see enough turbo Cavaliers out there. All these guys are on the supercharger program.I have been trying to convince a local guy with a 03 Cav top turbo his car but he thinks he needs a Hahn kit The Ecotec is a fantastic motor to boost and if these guys would figure it out there would be some seriously fast Jbodys out there.Pete hurry up and get that Cav built and show these dummys how its done.

i am one of those guys on the supercharger program, but i didnt go with a stock build. i went with the 2.3head/2.4block combo with GM blower and a 100shot.

Eventually im gonna try twin-charging it for the sake of trying it and see what i come up with.

when all else fails ill pull the blower and go to T40E and crank the boost

if thats the 2.2 ew is the only words for it
be best off with a 2.0 ecotec witth the 2,4 head on it and 2.4 intake im pretty sure the head fits but not exactly
anybody wanna chime in and correct that

but that sounds crazy anyway
not goin very far with that hole though nice work

pretty sure the ecotec head won't bolt up to the 2.4 or obviously vice versa. and that dyno graph he posted is for the base 2.2 motor that comes with 115 crank hp, which really isnt that bad for not even 5 psi. My motor comes with 150hp/155tq stock, so its quite a bit faster than the base model 2.2 from that graph. I estimate between 230-240whp on my last setup before she blew.

the 2.4 head does not bolt to the eco block.

and the 2.4 head flow isnt the greatest, thats why some will go to the older 2.3HO head as i did with my motor.

and yes that dyno graph is of a 2.2L OHV engine. and 98red said, for a base 115hp motor, the improvements for just 4.5lbs of boost and a set of injectors is pretty damn good.
