Hey guys, someone wants to sell me a CF hood OEM style for my honda civic 97. it's a VIS racing hood and it looks pretty nice

the only thing is that it has a ''star'' near the latch due to someone pushing it too hard to close it. It's about 1 inch big and doesn't appear THAT much

my question, does a CF hood loose a lot of value cause of that? I don't have any pictures.... but when something made out of CF is damaged, does it loose all it's value?

the guy wants 275$ canadian (which would be something like 230$ US)

any advice beside ''CF IS GAY'' and ----?

those things are 299 brand new from vis. and your paying 230 for it? man tell that guy since its fucked you'll give him 150US for it..

up here in canada we get fucked by the customs and *****... i'd say it's worth like 400$US

In my opinion they loose a lot of value with cracks because most of the times you can see them from far, they stand out of the pattern.

If it is not too bad, and you guys pay so much up there, then I would buy one.

In my USA state of mind, I would not. Ebay has them for cheap.
