Car was smashed on the freeway
 

so my alternator went out when i was drivin home on the 91 in southern cali, my battery went out, and i went on the shoulder of the freeway on the right side, so i left to pick up a battery and alternator, because my battery was pretty done as well, when i came back there was a cop behind my car, it was hit from behind by a guy in a SUV who was drivin on the shoulder around traffic, then it was pushed out into traffic and hit by a truck on the drivers side door, fender and bumper.

it was a 92 civic, and i just got full coverage on it, that i was about to cancel.

so hopefully i just wont have to pay my deductable and i wont be too upset. i just bought the car for $1500 a few weeks ago.


just thought id let you guys know, not that anyone cares. ::)

you shouldnt have to pay your deductable since someone else hit it.

yeah wanna see some pics of the ownage while parked. sounds like it got pretty fucked up. and yes suv driving people usually cant see our shorter and smaller cars below their hood line.

well i have a feeling i will end up having to fight not to pay the deductable, because last time i was in an accident an old man hit me while i was making a u-turn from behind, and my insurance said it was his fault, his insurance said it was no fault, so my insurance made me pay the deductable, then they were gonna take him to court and try to get it back for us, but then the old man lied in court, and i got screwed, so i have a feeling i will have to pay the $500 yet again, but im definetely gonna fight for it.

and ill get pics sooner or later, i only took some with my phone, and i dont wanna email to myself because sprint has been chargin me out of the ass for internet for some reason lately, so i have to talk with them first.

yea, well the witness was the guy in the truck, the suv hit the car, pushing it out into traffic when the truck hit it, the suv left the truck stayed, and i was given a slip from the cop, not a report tho.

and yeah, ive been to most of the socal meets at Mike's house, im the guy with the long girlishly blonde hair.
