i have a 99 civic and this lady crashed in my car in the rear right side and bent my frame a little bit and the rear qaurter panel is torn and bent in. its past my ability to fix and i cant find a qaurter panel for a coupe. ive got qouted for $4500-6500 and one place qouted 3000 im going to take it to maaco but im guessing it will be around 3000 when i get it qouted. should i get a rolling shell and paint it myself then swap over all my interior and engine stuff then put a built d15 or d16 in since my y8 is hard to tune with standalones because of the timing. i tried tune it myself with a wideband for a while and wasnt getting anywhere. any suggestions would help.

bad mouthed the site and jeff then ran over to turbod16.. and just like i predicted.. and told him in the beginning.. he wasnt gonna get far on that site cause it had no useful info on it.. and i told him he would be back :1 he only stayed threre the better part of a month before he came back here and made a new sn :1

my guess is he has a dsl connection and a static ip..
