Car detailers
just got my new claybar delivered, but im out of detail spray that ive been using previously, is there anything else i can use instead of it?
is just water not enough? thanks Ross |
Re: Car detailers
water is not enough, if you really want to cheap out, just use some soapy water. I say just go to the nearest auto parts store and buy a bottle of quik detailer, it's made by meguiars and they are available almost everywhere. It may not be the same brand as your clay bar, but it'll do the job.

Re: Car detailers
dude, buy any quick detailer/ spray wax for 6 dollars

Re: Car detailers
If you already have a car wash that has very good lubrication, just mix a double strong batch and use that as the clay lube. It will cost you nothing extra and it works just as well as quick detailer spray, but you might not have the convenience of a spray bottle.
