not true, it may be depending on your states law but in order to be charged for receiving/being in possession of stolen property one must know it was stolen before purchasing or obtaining that item.

id try to find out ---- witout just going and beating this kid, is he shady? known thief? id hate to get beat cause i was selling some stuff i bought and never knew it was stolen, im just saying cause i buy and sell car parts all the time

I'm more worried about labatt getting in trouble than anyone getting caught. He's always seemed plenty levelheaded, even with me throwing a continual barrage of Frenchie comments at him, but having your car stolen twists a man inside.

FYI, our judicial system works fine, bro. OJ proved this. It is possible for any man in America, regardless of skin color, to buy justice in this country. It's a great era to be alive in, IMO.
