(Canadian HF,DX,STD) Exhaust manifold question

(Canadian HF,DX,STD) Exhaust manifold question
ok in Canada we don't have the STD, HF models so therefore we don't use the manifold style that holds the cat directly under the manifold, instead the cat is underneath the car. Now my question is would a D16Y7 manifold that has the cat right under the manifold from a 99 Civic be the same as the STD, HF?
