I am going to take a stupid wild *** guess and say you have an abcess or boil, that pocket of infection is irritating vascular walls and poisoning NERVE cells causing nerve damage about an inch from your brain. Wikipedia septicemia, or call a dentist and ask what happens if you let an abcessed tooth go untreated. There's other stuff it could be all of it about that fucked up. GO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL NOW. If you live consider suing for malpractice.

Yes, our health care covers everything but dental(accept for wisdom teeth pulling) but doesn't cover perscriptions

Trust me, if they find something big, which they will since this is NOT normal, I will be back in there suing the **** out of that ------- hospital, mind you I probably wont win but its worth a shot.

As for what it is, I hope its not in my brain, I mean its on the outside of the skull so how could it be?

I am about to go to a walk in clinic now and get a second opinion, the bulge is pretty big today and hurts alot.

When you let the gov't run the health care it just works like everything else. Imagine your last experience at a large DMV office, now imagine that was an ER.

Same thing in Sweden. Anyone that can afford it doesn't use the gov't care even though they are taxed for it. They all have private DRs they see. Good luck to any of you socialist countries, you are fucked.

Well, a small update, I was called by a family friend who told me about a doctor who is really good and cares about patients more than $$$, so I went cuz I had nothing to lose, I thought at first that it will be the same BS as it was at the hospital.

Well he ended up getting me an appt for an MRI, then larer today he calls me and tells me he made reservations at the hospital for me to get a CT scan, I was like HOLLY ----!

so I went for my CT, showed nothing (thank god) they checked out my bump on my head and I got several opinions, could be a blood clot on the outside of the skull or an infection that was building up for the past month and a bit, I have to go in for further testing, I still have a lump and it still hurts like no tomorrow, but at least I am getting somewhere now and there is nothing wrong with my brain.

so further testing awaits, tomorrow I'm getting an Xray and we'll see what the lump is.
