you guys ever seen how small those pistons are in a vr6? lol, they are so small. The head is really werid too, I've never seen anything like it.. Only german engineering and a 15 degree v.

Any Idea on where to get the small flex tubes that are coming off the Wastegate dumps? I've never seen ones that small...

 

I thought those were pretty cool as well, but I don't really see the point. The rest of it has no flex couplers so those two aren't really doing anything.

Actually, the heating and contracting points will be different on those 2 pipes because they are at different locations on the manifold and at different heat levels. Not to mention the vibration alone from the engine doesnt help. They are simpley a safety precation, I dont know about you.. but would you want to pull that ------- thing off once its in the car to re-weld up the manifold?

 

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Pretty nifty. I wonder where he got them?
