Guildwars is fuckn' tight. Multiplayer online game, but no monthly fees. I love just not playing for a while and not feeling like I am wasting money on the monthly.

It is a lot of fun, and you can play it on dial-up supposedly.

I have played D2 since day one off and on. But there is a ton of cheaters. I haven't played in 9 months. I lost all my 90+ charactors . Guild wars was decent. I played the free beta. I thought you had to pay monthly for that?

yea no monthly fee but they come out with a new expansion every month that you MUST buy to be able to play, what a load of ----

Diablo is very addictive. I stopped playing once I started buying SOJs on Ebay.
That was about 4 years ago. I just checked Ebay and the prices have gone down because of how easy it is to hack.
I never did understand why I spent so much time killing cows.

That's funny. I never got to the point where I was buying anything on ebay, but I did have an entire set of mule characters on US East with every single set and (worthwhile) unique item in the game. That was right after the expansion came out and when I was unemployed for a bit. I stopped playing when I found work again.

Jeff, if you like Warcraft, check out the new Battle for Middle Earth game. It's like Warcraft but set in the world of Middleearth. It's a lot of fun and a good way to pass 4 hours before you know it.

We had computers set up next to each other and I I would have my boyfriend sign in as one of my mules and swap items. It was pretty sad.
Moved on to Counter Strike, but it just didn't have the same appeal.
