Hmmm, ok yeah the guage should read 0 if your engine is off or if the guage is disconnected. No leaks or cracks in and around where the bov is? Damn, wish I could be there to troubleshoot this bitch with you.

You're sure it's not boosting right? :P It sounds like your gauge is fucked. It should be at -0- when you gas it(without boost of course). Close the wastegate all the way and see what happens. Watch the gauge though. Are you sure the wastegate is adjusted the right way?

The waste gate is completey closed with the car off.The car does seem to pull when the turbo gets really loud.But still no bov sound .Im gonna run and get a new guage.Its an autometer carbon fiber series.That bitch was $60 bucks.I dont have the reciet though so im gonna buy another one say that I installed it and didnt notice it was fucked up and return the fucked one.

I went through all my charge pipes and there all tight.the vac guage reads -25 with the car at idle.Is thet right?when I step on the gat in neutral it doesnt 0 out.

Also at idle every once in a while it sounds like popcorn popping out of the exhoust and the engine jumps like it misses.Is that normal couse there is no down pipe?Just at idle though.

Haha, the guage idea gets a thumbs up. And as far as the popping sound at idle, it could just be running rich or because of the open pipe. I can't see your setup at the moment so forget what I said if it makes no sence
