Got myself a 2000 TDI 4dr golf :):) ---- you all i don't care. gas milage OWNS

my question is. can you put a BOV on it. I'm almost 100% sure you can't but can someone explain it

you can, but due to the lack of throttle plates in a diesel engine- It wont do jack ----.

lol, there is just something not right about a turbo diesel in a compact car. :3 It just doesn't make sense.....unless you put a ------- 5th wheel hitch on it to tow a toy box or something. :P

Old Mercedes diesels had throttleblades. IIRC, they did it to be able to use vacuum powered accessories.

Don't worry i got a big detroit in my transport truck. I like diesel cause my pays for my car to be filled....they just don't knwo it. Bring a jerry can when i fill up the transport truck :)

i thought that was somehting aroudn the reason of why it wouldn't work

turbo deisel injection
almost every single european cars have them, they haul ass on the autobahn, I wish I would have gotten one instead of the gasolene audi I bought. 125hp with 250ft lbs torque some good ----

you can do it, but they have maf's it has to re circulate and you will have to get a electronic one and hook it uo to a switch on the dash

i didn't hear anyone say they were fast. My lug nuts have more tourque then you honda( yet another obvious statement)

yes you can i used to own one. w/ 3in exhuast had the ecu chipped etc. really fun car to drive.

some company makes an electric tial for trucks, it cost around $500

You could probably put a huge turbo on it and get some compressor surge. That's almost as good as the BOV sound :P
