ok so my friend just got his own place, and where over here trying to figure out something to do. Well the first thing that pops into our heads is get some live webcame porn :D But the catch is... we need a site or something like that, that will bill it to his phone line(since his mommy no longer will see the bill :P)

nothing. i dont get what your asking. just get a wifi connection from mooching off of people near or around you. build a kick ass antenna and hook it up to your pc and bada boom. o wait. yall are wantying to do an onlione webcam?? i dont know.

this is the thing. he has dial up(phone line) so he just wanted it billed to that. instead of using a credit card. get what i'm sayin?
